Exercise & Fitness Tips : How to Put on Muscle Weight Quickly

Hi I’m Ashley Gas, strength and conditioning specialist, with brilliant athlete.com. How do you put on muscle mass quickly, to be blunt, there is no way to do this naturally? In order to put muscle mass on, it takes years of gradually eating habits, great strength training, and proper rest and recovery. When you do all those, three years in a row, you’re going to be putting on muscle mass.

So rest, rest means, days off between training programs or training days, because rest is where your body recovers, so make sure you’re doing that. So when you’re in the gym, strength lifts such as the squat, dead lift, and bench press, should really form the foundation of the rest your training program. Why? Because those lifts will help, very, very quickly build over all muscle mass and strength. Flexibility training is also very critical; because we all know we can’t train and build muscle mass when we’re injured.
