Exercise & Fitness Tips : How to Get Rid of Cellulite by Working Out

So just how do you get rid of cellulite by working out, well let’s just clarify something, cellulite is just body fat. It occurs in men and women, but it can occur more often with women, perhaps because there’s a hormonal component present. But just because you’re a woman, doesn’t mean that you have to have cellulite. Now, in order to get rid of it by working out, you have got to increase over all strength and over all muscle tone, why? Because muscle tone and muscle mass will help you lose body fat. So, exercises such as the lunge, not only works your bum, but can help build over all muscle tone in your lower body, which will help with body fat loss. Something else that is absolutely critical is you’ve got to change the way that you eat, because body fat accumulates after years of poor eating. Poor eating means, a diet that’s rich in packaged, processed, sugary foods.
